Nike Inneva Woven
Nike’s new sneaker is called the Inneva Woven and is made from an intricate 360-degree hand-woven system with interconnected laces and the nylon webbing to create a complex pattern that cradles the upper precisely to the foot. According to Nike the trend in running is to go away from sturdy, support-heavy sneakers and build shoes that allow the foot to move more naturally. Designed to mimic the natural biomechanics of the foot, the Nike Free Inneva Woven is defined by its premium crafted details: a hand-woven upper, dynamic lacing system and natural motion. The original Nike Air Woven shoe was issued in 2000 but the new Nike Free Inneva Woven brings the woven technique to a whole new level. The Nike Free Inneva Woven launches globally in limited quantities on Saturday, September 22.
